In the Chinese province of Zhejiang, this tea is harvested from the beginning of April at an altitude of 500 to 600 m. The cultivation area is close to the mountain "Jiu Long Shan" (mountain of the nine dragons). Because of its "wild" leaf structure it is also called "criss cross".
