Mao Feng tea - 100 grams (organic)

Try this organic, punchy green tea melange native to the Chinese province of Zhejiang, close to the mountain of the nine dragons or ‘Jiu Long Shan’. The dark green, twisted Sinensis foliage – also called ‘criss cross’- will delight you with a delicate fragrance and a colour reminiscent of ripe, bright lemons. Chinese tea farmers harvest this aromatic and delicate blend from the beginning of April at an altitude of 500 to 600 metres. Add some canola honey to finish the job.

Brewing time: 1 to 3 minutes

Brewing temperature: 75 to 80 degrees Celsius

Recommended dosage: 4 to 5 teaspoons per litre
