Oxalic acid - 250 grams

Oxalic acid is very favourable for the treatment against the Varroa mite. It has a high mite kill rate (up to 97%), does not accumulate in wax and honey. Furthermore, the Varroa mite cannot become resistant to it.

Oxalic acid is reasonably well repelled by the bees .

Oxalic acid does not penetrate the closed brood and is not only harmful to the varroa but also to the open brood. The treatment is therefore most effective and least harmful in a completely broodless period.

Oxalic acid is a dangerous acid, so wear the necessary protection when using it.
