    3x Superfood Pollen

Pollen is considered the perfect superfood. We believe so too!  Read all about it in our blog article “superfood from the hive”. Pollen is certainly healthy, but it turns out not to be easy to process in a dish. Fortunately, we have already selected three recipes to explore.

    1. Smoothie with Pollen

    You’ll need these ingredients:

    150 ml almond milk
    1 banana
A handful of blue or red fruit (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc)
1 tablespoon bee pollen from Nectarist
    2 tablespoons linseed
    1 tablespoon chia seeds

This is how you make it:

Mix all ingredients, except the chia seeds, add ice cubes if desired and just blend! Finally, stir the chia seeds into the smoothie.

    And there you go!
