Honey, I’m a mocktail!

Like many things, Tournee Minerale will look a little different this year. No cries, there are many delicious mocktails that you can easily prepare at home.

We selected the best recipes and are happy to share them with you this month, after a thorough inspection and tasting. They of course all contain our own delicious Nectarist honey as icing on the cake!

SWEET AS HONEY - WITH CINNAMON AND APPLE
This mocktail from Helen Kookt is the equivalent of a delicious apple pie with a pinch of cinnamon. The combination of apple and honey is the ultimate delicacy for any sweet tooth.

What do you need?

2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp warm water
2 tsp cinnamon
350 ml apple juice
cinnamon sticks
star anise

How to make this mocktail?

Mix the honey with the warm water in a cocktailshaker, shake well and let it cool. Add cinnamon and apple juice. Shake well for a minute and divide into cocktail glasses. Decorate the cocktail glasses with a sugar and cinnamon topped rim and finish them off with a cinnamon stick and a star anise.
